The stay was very enjoyable, kids had lot of fun in the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also guided us to plan our day trips during our stay. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of varieties of both sweet and savory items. We also tried the spa facility and the relaxing massage with steam bath, it was amazing and I would highly recommend. The location of the hotel also in an easily accessible place.

The water in the pool was bit cold, however the kids still had a lot of fun.

Beautiful and welcoming

The staff is super nice, really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly hotel with spacious suites.

Very friendly owner and staff. I was kindly upgraded to an executive suite, which was very spacious, pleasantly furnished and nicely quiet. Excellent beds. The location is an excellent basis for both exploring Ioannina, but also the Northern Pindos National Park and the Zagorian villages.

I liked everything.

A modern and comfortable hotel for the budget with exceptionally helpful staff. A very good buffet breakfast and good pool area.

This hotel is a 10 min drive from the centre of town off the ring road.

Best hotel during our summer Greek holiday

I made the mistake of booking only one night at the Golden Suites and Spa - both the hotel and Ioannina deserved more time. This fantastic little hotel is located just outside Ioannina's main city, about a 10 minute drive away. Having a rental car is perfect, as parking in the central area can be tricky. The lobby and outdoor pool area are just beautiful and so relaxing. I booked a large suite and was happily upgraded to an even more spacious room. The suite was immaculately maintained with a gorgeous view over the pool - perfect for my travel companions and I. We loved using the excellent pool and petite gym for a few hours before heading into town to explore. The best part was the phenomenal service. Eleni in particular went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you're traveling by car, you should absolutely consider the Golden Suites and Spa. It's an excellent choice when visiting Ioannina and the surrounding region. I only wish I had booked more than one night to fully experience this lovely hotel and area!

Alkis and Laura are both amazing and kind hosts. They shared the best places to dine and the best places to sightsee as well. We are a family of 5 and we had 2 interconnecting rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus as we really needed to cool off after a long drive. Breakfast was included and had hot and cold food. We recommend Golden Suites for a lovely stay in Ioannina!
